MASON CITY – The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office explained a rollover accident that occurred earlier this month that left a woman injured.

On April 11, 2020 at 5:34 PM, the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle that rolled at 280th and Vine but landed back on its wheels and left the scene.  The driver allegedly dropped the passenger off at home and family called for medics to check her out. Britt police were able to make contact with the driver, 37-year-old Matthew Senne of Britt and confirmed that it was him driving the Blue 2002 Chevrolet S-10 and he was uninjured. Follow up was done with the passenger, 32-year-old Clarissa Krominga from Mason City and was advised that there was no physical injuries, just a headache. An accident report was taken for the incident.

The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Mason City Fire Medics, Plymouth Fire Department and Britt Police Department.
