This article leaves out information that I would like to know. What’s the relationship of this party to the child? Because the child was airlifted to Mayo, that means it was serious injuries. How seriously injured was this child? Inquiring minds want to know. Why was a 3 yr old toddler left to run while someone was mowing? Where’s the rest of the story?

owi for a riding lawn mower? it was on private property…. he ran a kid over, rail him for that. dont set dangerous precedent with booze and mowers. pretty sure over half the people that mow do it drunk. cuz it sucks.

It’s the law and has always been the law. The can arrest you for drunk diving while sitting in you car in your driveway.

doesnt make it sensible. just think the focus should be on wether or not it was a drunken ACCIDENT or if being drunk is an excuse. either way the kid being run down by a lawmmower should be the issue. thinking the charge for that should take priority.
