The following is a statement from President Trump Sunday evening, January 29, regarding his recent executive order concerning extreme vetting of immigrants wanting access to the United States:
“America is a proud nation of immigrants and we will continue to show compassion to those fleeing oppression, but we will do so while protecting our own citizens and border. America has always been the land of the free and home of the brave.
We will keep it free and keep it safe, as the media knows, but refuses to say. My policy is similar to what President Obama did in 2011 when he banned visas for refugees from Iraq for six months. The seven countries named in the Executive Order are the same countries previously identified by the Obama administration as sources of terror. To be clear, this is not a Muslim ban, as the media is falsely reporting.
This is not about religion – this is about terror and keeping our country safe. There are over 40 different countries worldwide that are majority Muslim that are not affected by this order. We will again be issuing visas to all countries once we are sure we have reviewed and implemented the most secure policies over the next 90 days.
I have tremendous feeling for the people involved in this horrific humanitarian crisis in Syria. My first priority will always be to protect and serve our country, but as President I will find ways to help all those who are suffering.”

Islam is a FORM OF GOVERNMENT that is not comparable with Western Civilization. Muslims want you to believe that Islam is a wonderful religion but it isn’t. Muslims are using religion as a disguise for world dominium and to make war.

It generally takes from 12-18 months now for immigrants to be granted their pass to come to the US. Trump’s ‘extreme vetting’ is not going to lengthen that process.

One thing’s for sure..the model for how NOT to do immigration is all over Europe right now. Hordes of predominantly Muslim immigrants have been pouring into Europe for years, and the outcome is and will be mortal for Europe as we knew it.
Trump has a real opportunity here to beat the Democrats at their own game. By specifying he wants to make sure those coming into this country show no bigotry or intolerance towards Christians, African Americans, Buddhists, Jews, homosexuals, transgendered, they might be able to trip up some of these bigoted Muslims by getting them to admit their own bigotry and intolerance. Liberals essentially are asking for a complete tolerance for EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING. And yet those who being admitted may in fact contain bigotry themselves. Trump could politically flip this equation on its head, and emerge as the hero and make liberals look like hypocritical, delusional fools they often are. But all of this is CONTINGENT upon them embracing the above mentioned communities unwavering, and being willing to fight for them on civil rights at all levels. The question then becomes “how far is the right willing to go to keep America safe from Islamic Terror?” Enough to stop their bigotry against gays and blacks? Time will tell.
I mean if a Muslim flying over from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen etc can be cornered into admitting they would not grant the same rights to homosexuals, christians, or jews, why should America let them in? If they don’t share the accepting values America presumably extends to everyone, they should be immediately disqualified. There’s ways to ask a series of questions to find out whether or not a person fells a certain away about something, including polygraph tests. They need to be smart about this, and I think Trump has an opening to win on this. I see it. I hope they take that opening. And the rebuttal by liberals will be of course “well yeah but there’s bigoted right-wing Christians in Texas who want to see homosexuals executed”. But the counter rebuttal to that is that they are Americans by birth, and not by importation which makes their ideology problematic, but protected. Why import bigotry and intolerance? Should be the Trump slogan. I think they know this. I feel a complete flipping of this equation back over to liberals. Trump can win this.
