DUMONT, IOWA – A North Iowa meth dealer will see freedom much sooner after clemency was granted by President Barack Obama.
Michael Jay Bertram, age 52 formerly of Dumont, Iowa before he was sent to prison, has been incarcerated after he was convicted in the Northern District of Iowa. The charge was possession with intent to distribute a mixture of methamphetamine containing more than 50 grams of pure methamphetamine after having been previously convicted of a felony drug offense. His original sentence was 240 months of imprisonment with 10 years of supervised release.
On October 6, the President granted commutation of sentence to 102 individuals, including Bertram. His federal prison sentence was commuted to a term of 188 months of imprisonment.
More dummycrat voters! !
Just continue to empty them all on the streets. Obama and his justice department along with the FBI are a joke. There is no rule of law for the emperor and his followers. But let you or I break the law and we won’t be able to get off by stating “I don’t recall” or I didn’t know it was against the law. Or how about this one” I didn’t intend to break the law”. Think I will use that one if I get stopped for speeding!
