HANLONTOWN, IOWA – A North Iowa woman failed to control her car and put it in a ditch, ultimately sending herself to jail in her second drunk driving arrest this month.
A Cerro Gordo deputy responded to a report of a car in a ditch just before 2:00 AM Sunday morning, March 27, near 24495 Eagle Avenue in Hanlontown. As a result of that investigation, 38-year-old Dawn Marie Rosen of Thompson, Iowa, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. She was taken to the county jail, booked, and later released.
This is the second drunk driving arrest for Rosen this month. Court records show that Rosen has been charged with operating under the influence in Winnebago county in connection with a March 2, 2016 incident. The charge was brought by the Winnebago county sheriff’s office on March 18.
