Clear Lake man guilty of trespassing

CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake man is guilty of trespassing.

Thomas Wade Gregor, age 48, pleaded guilty on June 5 to trespassing after an arrest by a Cerro Gordo deputy.

Leading to the arrest, on the evening of May 25, the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office took a report of trespassing. Law enforcement responded, and made a traffic stop near 12264 Dogwood Avenue in rural Clear Lake just before 8 PM. According to Sheriff Kevin Pals, Gregor allegedly “went to the victim’s house knowing he is not welcome and made a scene and took off. Gregor’s wife (Kristina Lynn Gregor, age 32) was driving the car when the trespass took place.”

The deputy investigated during the traffic stop, and arrested the couple. Thomas Wade Gregor was charged with trespassing, and Kristina Lynn Gregor was charged with first offense operating while intoxicated.

Thomas Wade Gregor was ordered to pay $300.00 in fines and court costs. Kristina Lynn Gregor has pleaded not guilty and his hired attorney Richard Piscopo to defend herself. She is due back in court on June 15.

Quite an age between the two! It seems like this character has been causing trouble for sometime. Loser

This is the same guy who claimed he was innocent on N.I.T. when he was arrested. I guess he is a liar as well as a criminal.
