CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake man was jailed early Sunday for drunk driving.
A Cerro Gordo deputy conducted a traffic stop at 1:23 AM in Clear Lake near West 10th Avenue North and 3rd Street West. The media report states that the driver, 37-year-old Dan Dohlman of Clear Lake was driving erratically. After an investigation, Dolman was arrested and charged with first offense operating while intoxicated and illegal possession of prescription drugs.
Dohlman was jailed, processed and released pending a court date. He was found guilty in 2003 of drunk driving.
