CLARION – A Wright county woman has entered a plea deal in a sexual abuse case.
Diana Guido, age 50 of Goldfield, pled not guilty in March to second degree sexual abuse, indecent contact with a child, indecent exposure and dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor. All charges were brought by the Eagle Grove Police Department. The alleged incident took place on January 1, 2011.
Guido entered into a guilty plea this month to child endangerment and showing obscene material to a minor. The other charges were dropped. She was sentenced to two years of probation, a suspended 2 year prison sentence and a suspended fine. She was also added to the state’s sexual predator list.
