MASON CITY – A Mason City man who has served time in at least two state prisons has been jailed for violating his parole.
Justin Duane Ewing, age 38, is now in the Cerro Gordo county jail after an arrest warrant was issued for him on September 10. Ewing has served time in Clarinda and Mt. Pleasant prison for violent crimes that caused injuries to his victims.
Ewing is being held on no bond as he awaits a court date.
