ALGONA – A Wesley man who lied to police was found guilty in court last week.
Kossuth county deputies arrested 58-year-old Mark Allen Rhoads of Wesley on July 1 at about noon for falsely claiming an emergency.
Rhoads was found guilty in court the very next day, and then sent to jail for seven days. He was also charged $440.00 in court costs. A fine of $65 was suspended.
