ALGONA – Police in Algona arrested a man on a warrant out of North Dakota for possession of Child pornography.
Officers located and arrested 46-year-old Charles Winchester of Algona on june 27th at 11:00 AM. Winchester was wanted on warrant out of Cass county, North Dakota on a charge of possession of certain materials prohibited (child pornography). The warrant was issued in February of 2012.
Winchester remains in custody in the Kossuth County Jail. He faces an extradition hearing on July 25th.
