MASON CITY – Police arrested a Mason City man for a serious domestic assault after an investigation.
Mason City police were first called to 203 25th Street SW on July 7th at about 4:24 PM after a call about an assault at that residence. Todd Allen Dutcher, age 48, was apparently arrested at that time, but soon released. The next day, a warrant for his arrest was issued, and Dutcher was arrested again, this time by Cerro Gordo County Deputies, again at his home.
Dutcher is being held until he can see judge, no bond.
