Woman who just got deferred judgement for drug offense arrested again

MASON CITY – Fresh off a deferred judgement after a botched mall parking lot drug deal, a woman who seems to split her time between Mason City and Tama, Iowa is back in jail again.

Tessa Annette Rose Marion, age 20, was arrested Wednesday for criminal trespassing and taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail.  Officers were dispatched to 316 2nd Street NW and arrested Marion for trespassing. She is being held on $300 cash or surety bond.

Marion was placed on probation for a year after she was initially charged with a D felony drug violation.

Police had alleged that Marion met Michael Schenker in Mason City on November 19, 2013, to trade marijuana for money.
