MASON CITY – A Clear Lake man was arrested for his second drunk driving offense early Friday in Mason City.
A Cerro Gordo deputy conducted a traffic stop Friday at about 12:22 AM at 2400 4th SW. The officer determined that the driver, 34-year-old Michael Lee Magnan of Clear Lake was intoxicated and placed him under arrest for second offense operating while intoxicated.
Magnan was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail, booked and later released, pending a court date.
Magnan was also caught in 2006 by Clear Lake police for the same offense.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
