BURLINGTON – A Burlington man was injured Saturday morning while hunting snow geese in Lee County.
Dustin Guernsey, 31, was carrying equipment and his gun when he stumbled while walking across a field causing the shotgun to discharge into his left foot.
Guernsey was transported to Great River Medical Center in Burlington by a friend where he was treated for a non-life threatening injuries.
