MASON CITY – The NIACC women’s basketball team remained No. 1 in the NJCAA Division II poll released Wednesday.
NIACC (24-2 overall, 12-0 in the ICCAC) plays at Southeastern Wednesday at 6 p.m. With a win Wednesday, the Lady Trojans can clinch at least a tie for the ICCAC regular-season title.
NIACC, which was No. 1 from Dec. 18 to Jan. 15, regained the top spot on Feb. 5 and has held the top spot for three consecutive weeks.
