  1. Who supplied her with the meth? Was it manufactured in Manly? Most people know it probably was but not by her. Come on gal give up your supplier and walk.

  2. So why would a burnout like Iowa sucks be here and not in the doper state of Colorado since he hates it so much. Possible answers.
    No drivers license.
No welfare program to buy him a bus ticket.
    Welfare benefits better in Iowa.
Burn his only road map lighting a joint.
Always to stoned to go out in daylight.
Can’t spell Colorado so cannot find it on the map.
Sold his car for an ounce.
Only the doper really knows. Go Broncos.

  3. Arguing with redneck drug warriors on NIT is like running in the Special Olympics, even if you win, you’re still retarded.

  4. I do not agree with but do enjoy reading philosophus’s posts. Iowa sucks on the other hand is just a brain dead burnout with nothing to offer in any conversation.

  5. I just don’t see why society arbitrarily singles out some substances yet allows others to remain legal. It really doesn’t make any sense. I would prefer to be treated like an adult by the government and not a child. I’m all for the government making people aware of what substances do, including pharmaceuticals, but I just don’t see how they can take it upon themselves to proscribe some, and prescribe others. I think the entire situation has some deeply disturbed ulterior motives. Sure, I can understand why no one would want their children using drugs. That makes sense, and I fully support that. But you cannot tell me that some man in his thirties or forties or fifties if he chooses to do so, cannot smoke a joint or sniff a line of cocaine to feel better. I understand why the government prefers people to not be “enhanced”. I know that depressed and suffering people are much easier to manage. If you really think about the layout for how our society works: Every time a person gets into their car or even walks down the street for that matter, they do so with this immediate “awareness” of the police. Even my father who is in his eighties is always “looking out for the police” in one way or another. It’s the largest example of Pavlovian Conditioning the world has ever known…and absolutely does qualify as “living in police state status”. Imagine men driving around in patrol cars managing all the children as they drive to stores, the library, to pick up the kids at school, to work, to the grocery etc. It’s all about being managed and watched by basically 20 something kids with badges and guns. The entire idea is absurd…yet this is what people seem to need…this overarching “eye”…and micromanaging of their supposedly adult lives.

I’d like to live in a society that was highly educated, with ethics, and independently capable to make their own decisions in life. This “drug war” only adds to the juvenile nature of human beings. Police are just men. They shit, they masturbate, they break the law when no one’s looking, and they let their friends and family off the hook when no one’s around. They are not robotically programmed Super Cops fulfilling virtuous laws beyond reproach.

Is anyone else tired of the insult to our intelligence and the juvenile treatment? I am. If I would want to sniff a line of cocaine…that should damn well be MY DECISION…not the so-called “government”…which at this point is really just an apathetic carry-over from preceding generations. Lazy men sitting at the table doing the very minimal required of them.

We need thinkers. We need Jesus to come overturn that stupid table, and chase all those worthless pieces of crap out of the Temple…elected or not. You hear me Jesus? You better get down here boy, and start something up. I’m tired of your missing in action cowardly status.

    1. If I want to drive 100mph in my car to get from one place to the next, why shouldn’t I be able to?
If I want to beat my kid with a coat hanger who has a right to tell me I can’t?
If I have to go to the bathroom why can’t I just get out of the car and pee on the side of the road?
You see, we have these things called “laws”… and whether you agree with some or you don’t you still have to follow them. Laws are put in place so that others don’t get hurt and so we have some sense of decency in our society. We all need to watch the movie “Lord of the Flies” as that is exactly what it would be like x1000 if people could just do whatever they wanted WHEN they wanted. If a guy wants to sniff a line of coke? Are you KIDDING? Yeah, anyone who sniffs a line of coke does it just like having a cup of coffee. Leaving people alone if they want to do meth? I am convinced at some point society will kill itself off from our inherent believe that we can do whatever we want. Pretty soon (it is already happening now) the people that are brain dead are outnumbering the people who actually have a clue about life and have it together. I propose that anyone who wants to do hard drugs purely for recreational use be shipped to some remote island, free of charge. Give them all the pot, cocaine, meth, heroine, and anything else they would like. Give each one a fishing pole and a loaded handgun. We as a people left on the main land might have a brighter hope for the future because sure as hell all of the “recreational” drug users would kill each other during their play time. Would be burden off of society. The truth isn’t always pretty.

      1. Ben, a well-written response, and one worthy of a careful counter-response.

        1. In your example of driving 100 mph, there are stretches of open road on Interstates in the daylight when a person could drive 100 mph with good visibility and minimal traffic, and not harm anyone else. In the absence of a victim, I’d say the action needs two sets of punishments: The Deterrence Punishment, and in the case of crash resulting in property damage or injury to others: Actual Damages Punishment. By making the Actual Damages punishment severe enough, it would serve as a societal deterrent. In our present legal system, some people can drive through stop signs killing others, and serve no jail time. That needs to end. The same could apply to inebriation and operating a vehicle under the influence of a substance or pharmaceutical medication: A Deterrence Punishment, and an Actual Damages Punishment should await offenders.

        2. In the case of beating a child by a parent, with a clothes hanger…well that one obviously speaks for itself: There exists a Victim, and the government has a right to protect all its citizens so therefore the parent would be punished accordingly, and the child stripped from the home until the parents rehabilitation, and also to assess what could potentially be wrong with the child’s behavior, if anything.

        3. If you have to go pee, then by all means find a non-pavement grassy area and pee. If you are in your car and have bladder issues, I recommend keeping a half gallon milk jug in the car as a urinal for men, or if you are a lady, get a wide-mouth funnel from an auto parts store with some plastic tubing (funneling off into a milk jug). The funnel and tube system works for men as well…just make sure the exit is wide enough to flow out of at a fast rate, or you’ll get overflow pretty quickly. Also, if you are traveling and you have an older car….go ahead and strip off all the carpet down to the metal frame, push or pull out those frame plugs, and then run your funnel and tube system right out into the pavement. It’s best to do this only when your driving; not in a parking lot where it will accumulate. The car in front of you will just think you are having a fluid leak…which you are, only they’ll think it’s coming from the car, and not your Jimmy Dean.

Another method that works if you are driving and you don’t want to use the jug or funnel systems…you can pull your car over to the side of the road, and then lean down by one of the passenger side tires (closest to the ditch) and act like you are checking the tire, then pee quickly; Just look serious about it. For a moment, the intensity of peeing in public with oncoming traffic perusing you will cause anxiety and stress, but you can deflect that by method acting out the role of tire problems. When it’s over, you’ll feel exhilarated and relieved. You might even laugh. And finally the last option in my bag of tricks for peeing in public safely…if you are in a park and you’re wearing shorts and the grass is high enough…just go ahead and sit cross legged, pee off to the side while sitting, then casually get up and go sit in another spot. It won’t be any worse than a dog peeing, and nature takes care of the mess pretty quickly. Put a purse or backpack in your lap to cover what you’re doing.

You mentioned about Society not getting hurt by someone’s actions: BINGO. I’ve said all along that if someone can use a substance or perform an action and it affects no one else or the environment, then it should not be considered criminally actionable. Despite what the propaganda out there is telling you, many people can occasionally use a substance or even use a substance daily, and it doesn’t affect them or anyone else adversely. There are many potheads who smoke daily and go to work. I use to know one in the Waterloo Cedar Falls area…I mean this dude smoked all the time, yet he was the manager of a restaurant…and everyone liked him. Just because some people flip out on alcohol, take their clothes off, run around screaming and goofy, puke, fall down stairs, get violent and fight, crash their car into others, pee and poop their pants, fall into a coma and die…doesn’t mean alcohol should be banned right? There are some, including myself who question whether alcohol should be banned, but I see it as a personal choice, and as damaging and deadly alcohol is, I have no right to tell humans they cannot consume it, just because I don’t do well on it. But likewise, people have no right to tell people who want to use cocaine, that they shouldn’t be able to because THEY don’t do well on it, or see others who don’t do well on it. And marijuana is just a plant, so I won’t even compare that to alcohol.

You mentioned about allowing spaces where drugs would be free to be used. When I was in Europe, I met a man who went to college in Iowa, and we talked about drugs, since the country I was in, had a big heroin problem, with lots of junkies hanging out in a certain district. He said they should reserve an island and let all the drug users go to it and use drugs freely. I actually agree with this idea. There perhaps should be legal zones where people can use any drugs they want. I would be interested to see the results of that experiment.

Now finally, I want to address this notion of controls versus liberty. As the Nazis have proven: Human beings can be rigidly controlled to do practically anything you want. I don’t deny this is possible. We are subject to nerve endings which react to pain stimulus or pleasure. With such options: carrots and sticks, humans can be reinforced with desirable behavior, or punished with undesirable behavior. But the definitions for undesirable or desirable are completely arbitrary and subjective. In the case of fighting the Germans…it is DESIRABLE for that sniper on the American side to have killed 20 Germans with his sniper rifle, and he is rewarded by Americans and given a medal. But to the Germans, that sniper is undesirable, so they will spend energy trying to kill or capture the sniper and punish him with death or extreme torture, as a deterrent message to other American snipers. This is how arbitrary pain or pleasure is. It can be applied by whoever has the greater force or skill, and towards purposes those skilled and powerful men are trying to achieve.

It should have been considered virtuous and good for a person to stand up before the City Council and bring to their attention the fact that S.A. Brown Shirt Thugs were driving around with abhorrently loud motor tailpipes harassing the population. That person should have been rewarded, but as we see from the German and American Sniper example: the person was beaten with a stick and ostracized. There is only the arbitrary views and wishes of men: NO universal right or wrong. As a person, you just have to make the choice what type of society you want, and what types of definitions for good you want to live by.

        1. Part of the problem has been society’s merging of religion into government which has resulted in a skewed perception of the value of maintaining the highest protections of individual life and liberty. AS Islam makes extravagant promises to its adherents, so too Christianity promises its disciples an eternal life. This wears away at Secular Humanism, and allows the government to forsake critical human protections of individuals, to the belief that “God will take care of it all in the end”. This is literally a “cop” out. I heard then Lt. Ron Vandweerd tell me in regards to a murderer who escaped justice in North Iowa “God will deal with him in the end”. This type of apathy is expressed by many a government official and law enforcement officer. It’s quite easy to believe that whatever happens in this life, Jesus Christ or God will deal with it in the afterlife. Once government officials lazily allow religious thinking to usurp their government responsibilities, the results are what we’ve been witnessing: Degradation to individual rights and protections.

You see the agnostic is not comforted by the notion that “Christ will take care of it all”. For those who are realistically honest with themselves, they are not sure what is to come next, if anything so therefore individual life is held in the highest regards, because as Ozzy Osbourne said “Death is so Permanent”. Death cannot be undone, so laws and rules need to reflect this accordingly.

Right now in this society, people can kill other people through manslaughter and negligence and barely be held accountable. When our rules and punishments reflect the ideals of upholding individual life and liberty, we will see a shifting away from superstitious religion law making, to that of truly protecting life and limb, and punishing only those who cause real harm to others, not supposed harm.

IT’s all in the perceptions and beliefs of our law makers. Right now as it stands, I would want to see ALL lawmakers be voted out of office who go to Christian Churches and believe in those doctrines. They are the ones who are damaging our ability to heal our society and establish logical and fair rules.

  6. LVS-you are an idiot. Making a statement like that about another human because you disagree with them shows us you should just keep you big trap shut! The best thing for this web sight would be for you to just turn off your computer and get a life.

      1. LVS-You sure are a classy guy…..NOT….. I will butt into anything I want to and there is nothing you can do about it. I know you THINK you run this site but the only thing you run is your mouth and you don’t do thay very well. Turn off your computer and get a life you loser!

        1. He does run the site, even Matt implied as much. He routinely erases posts while letting LVS crap slide. He openly praises LVS while LVS kisses his butt at every turn. Both of these guys see eye to eye. It’s a very poor reflection on Matt and who he really is.

          1. @Nancy-I support Matt because he is right a well of a lot more than he is wrong. Now that must be a really different concept for a troll like you who comes on here once a week only to try to discredit N.I.T. and try to force him into your warped way of thinking. Cowards like you are why I keep coming back. I love making you out the fool that you are.

        2. @MC-another computer tough guy that comes out once a week to shoot off his big mouth. If you think for a second that anything a troll like coward like you says has any bearing on what I will or won’t do you are even stupider than I think you are and that is pretty damn stupid. Now, crawl back into your hole.

          1. LVS- Can’t you come up with anything better then that as a come back. You always say the same things. You call everyone a troll, call them stupid, call them a coward, LVS you should try being a bit more creative in you comebacks because you are not making anyone look like a fool but yourself.

  7. Chicks love the meth, that’s for sure. Makes them feel in control and helps them lose weight.

Pot makes them confused and hungry on the other hand. Chicks seem partial to the speedy drugs like coke and meth.

    1. Are you stoned right now? You can honestly sit there in a pile of your own feces and say that? I don’t think you have a single LIVE brain cell left.

          1. Lets hope SUCKS and Philly shoot each other up and overdose. That would be justice wouldn’t it. Talk about doing something good for your country.
