CHARLES CITY – A Halloween tradition in Charles City renews Thursday evening.
Community Revitalization will host the 18th Annual SpookWalk on the recreational trail behind Immaculate Conception Church and the Public Library.
The event is free.
Children can participate in Trick-or-treating through a Storybook Halloween theme.
A rain date is set for October 28th.
