An indictment was unsealed this week charging Bernard Corbin, 46, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with conspiracy to transport stolen property in interstate commerce and transportation of stolen property in interstate commerce, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment charges that in 2012, Corbin used a company named Simply Green to steal large quantities of used cooking oil.
If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 15 years in prison, three years’ supervised release, a fine of up to $500,000, and a $200 special assessment.
