MASON CITY – Conor Lang, a 6-foot-7 forward from Loveland, Col., has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball at NIACC in the 2013-14 season.
Lang averaged 18.1 points and 8.7 rebounds during his senior season at Loveland High School. He was 65 of 177 from 3-point range.
He had season highs of 33 points and 17 rebounds.
“We are very excited to have signed Conor,” NIACC coach Mark Mohl said. “He is a terrific player as well as person.
“With his height and shooting ability, he has a great chance to play at a very high level. He shoots the ball very well from the 3-point line as well as the free-throw line. He also rebounds the basketball very well. He will fit in very well to our system.”
