Sort of. A somewhat local contractor submitted a bid that was about half the estimated cost for part of the project. They are an older company under new management and there’s talk that the new managers are clueless because they did this on multiple contracts they’ve bid in the last few weeks including one in Sioux City. . Last I heard everyone expected them to withdraw their bid butI haven’t hear for sure that they have.

Did anyone hear of a local contractor that withdrew their bids on the dorm project because of some type of foul up?
