Proposed reconstruction of I-35 in Warren County to be discussed Jan. 10

AMES, Iowa – Dec. 27, 2012 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Thursday, Jan. 10, to discuss proposed reconstruction of Interstate 35 from approximately two miles south of Iowa 92 in Warren County to two miles north of Iowa 92, including replacement of the bridges over Middle River and reconstruction of the I-35/Iowa 92 interchange.

The public is invited to attend the meeting anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. at theMartensdale-St. Marys Community School District library, 390 Burlington Ave., Martensdale.

This public information meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvements. No formal presentation will be made.
