MASON CITY – A Mason City man turned himself into the Cerro Gordo County Jail on a valid warrant.
Spencer Benn Sage, 21, turned himself into the Cerro Gordo County Jail Tuesday at 10:52 pm.
A warrant had been issued on Sage for failure to appear in court.
The charges against Sage are Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver and Failure to Affix Tax Stamp.
Online records show only one other offense on Sage, a speeding violation.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
