A Mason City man was arrested on a no contact order violation (236. Violation of No Contact Order (civil)) Saturday afternoon.
Randy Virgil Axiotis, 49, was arrested by Mason City police officers at 1:40 p.m. near 17th Street NE and North Delaware Avenue. Officers had earlier investigated a report of a no contact order violation. The officer collected a statement and submitted an arrest warrant.
Axiotis is being held now in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on $2,000 bond.
Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
