Phase 2 ñ Holland Contracting
– Cooling tower block wall is laid. Next week the brick veneer will be built.
– Cooling towers will be set in the forthcoming weeks.
– Lighting and exit signage are being installed in the Chiller room.
Phase 3A ñ Larson Contracting
– New concrete floor at the old JAMS dining area is placed.
– Linahon Electric is continuing to install conduit for HS dining power and lighting.
– Mechanical Air Systems is installing ductwork at HS dining.
– The remaining foundations for the JAMS dining area are nearing completion.
Phase 3B ñ Henkel Construction
– Henkel has started wall demolition in JAMS music rooms and ceiling demolition in adjacent areas.
– Asbestos abatement contractor is finished with JAMS first floor and is nearing completion at 2nd floor. The remaining area left to be completed are the rooms west of the gymnasium.
John Adams 8 (Annex) – Henkel Construction
– All of the JAMS 8 classrooms are on site. Installation progress is improving.
– Foundations for deck and handicap ramp at east side have begun.
