MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was stopped and arrested for drunk driving this weekend in front of her North End home.
A Cerro Gordo deputy stopped a vehicle for investigation at abbot 10:14 PM Saturday, January 6 at the 000 block of 15th Street NE. As a result, 27-year-old Dominique Symone Phillips, who lives nearby, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, no driver’s license and failure to use headlamps when required.
Phillips was soon released from jail and will face a hearing on February 26.
Phillips continues to drive with no legal right to do so.
She was ticketed for no driver’s license back in September of 2015 and ordered to pay $456.25 in fines and court fees. She was also ticketed for no driver’s license back in October of 2015 and ordered to pay $450.00 in fines and court fees; records show she has failed to make a payment. She was ticketed again in November and ordered to pay $456.25. Again, she has failed to make a payment.
She is a pretty girl. Stop drinking and driving, pay off your tickets and get some help. She has a very pretty face and perfect skin.
