MASON CITY – A wanted Clear Lake man was arrested in Garner at the courthouse Wednesday.
Trevor Davis Kix Jackson, age 22, was wanted in connection with charges of third degree theft and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. He was arrested at the Hancock county courthouse Wednesday at 10:22 PM and brought to the Cerro Gordo county jail, where he is being held on $3,000 bond.
Jackson is also awaiting a March 4 non-jury trial in Cerro Gordo county on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jackson was given a deferred judgement last year in a drug possession case out of Hancock county. However, on February 24, 2015, he was found guilty of violating his probation and ordered to spend 8 days in jail.
