SIOUX CITY – A man who illegally re-entered the United States from Mexico was sentenced on March 25, 2013, to 9 months in federal prison.
Eliseo Hernandez-Pacheco, age 28, from Mexico, received the prison term after a December 20, 2012, guilty plea to one count of illegal re-entry. At the guilty plea, Hernandez-Pacheco admitted he had been previously deported from the United States on four occasions. Hernandez-Pacheco came to the attention of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) on October 9, 2012, when he was arrested in Dickinson County, Iowa, for driving while suspended and improperly tinted windows.
Hernandez-Pacheco was sentenced in Sioux City by United States District Court Judge Donald E. O’Brien. Hernandez-Pacheco was sentenced to 9 months’ incarceration. He must also serve a 1 year term of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.
Hernandez-Pacheco is being held in the United States Marshal’s custody until he can be transported to a federal prison.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Kevin C. Fletcher and investigated by HSI and the Enforcement and Removal Office of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau.

I thought it was pretty funny when the pack of 8 senators went to the border. They went to see for themselves how secure it is. When a woman scaled the fence right in front of them. Border patrol got her a few minutes later.
The president says the borders are more secure so how was this person able to enter the country 4 times after being deported. Probably was Bush’s fault.
Well, you two can go ahead and spend hundreds of thousands on every illegal immigrant just like you spend hundreds of thousands on every drug user except those using the most dangerous drugs.

If he is here illegally, how did he get a drivers license, and who is going to supervise him for a year after he gets out. Oh, I forgot, nine months in a Federal prison, makes you a legal citizen..

Maricopa County, Ariz., working for Sheriff Joe Arpaio. At least we’d know that he was being treated well.
