MASON CITY -A “world premiere” was held Tuesday at the Mason City Fire Station for a video created by three NIACC students.

The video is a public service announcement advising the public to “pull over to the right” when they see or hear sirens. The video
demonstrates the importance of pulling to the right for sirens and lights. It also gives drivers in the City tips on how to help police, fire and ambulance personnel get to an emergency.
A fine of up to $195 is possible for not yielding appropriately.
The video was created by NIACC students Miles Black, Cray Koster and Adam Mark, who also produced, directed and acted in the video.
The video will be available on YouTube as well as public channel 4.
