Mason City woman who damaged laundromat back in jail

MASON CITY – A MasonCity woman who was found guilty of felonies in connection to crimes she committed at a Clear Lake laundromat is back behind bars.

Lindsey Jean Lowman, age 29, was arrested after the Giant Wash, located at 508 Highway 18 East in Clear Lake, was burglarized and damaged on January 13 by her and another woman, Jennifer Filbrandt. Lowman was later guilty of third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief and put on probation for three years along with suspended fines and prison sentences.

However, Lowman showed up at the Cerro Gordo county courthouse Tuesday morning after a probation violation report was filed. She was promptly arrested and taken to the county jail where she remains held until a November 29 hearing.

Lowman was also guilty of felony forgery in 2014 and has remained on probation ever since, with at least three violations of her probation to her credit. The latest was in January of this year, and in May she was guilty and sent to jail for 60 days. Today, Cerro Gordo county prosecutor Carlyle Dalen filed an application for the revocation of her probation. She could face a prison sentence if convicted.

She has had enough breaks. Time to teach her a real lesson.

Glad the drug court program is this strict. She just got out of jail for her drug court Violation, now she’s facing possible serious time. There are no soft places to land in drug court. It’s a privilege, not an excuse. Pick yourself back up and get back up there.

Lindsey, you need to go back to what ever country you came from. Those people move into your neighborhood you better lock all your stuff up. Pure white trash! She looks like pebbles on crack!
