MASON CITY – Police discovered a young lady with the powerful, illegal drug meth in a Mason City nature center, leading to her guilty plea and a trip to jail.
A Cerro Gordo deputy was at Lime Creek Nature Center, 3501 Lime Creek Road in Mason City Saturday morning, April 10, 2016 just before 2:00 AM and discovered a suspicious vehicle there. After an investigation, 19-year-old Constance Myah Jennings, now of Garner, was found to be in possession of the powerful, illegal drug methamphetamine. She was placed under arrest on the drug possession charge and taken to the county jail.
On August 9, Jennings entered a guilty plea. She was sentenced to 2 days in jail, ordered to pay $828.25 in fines and court fees, and her driver’s license was revoked, records show.
She’s in the Cerro Gordo county jail serving her sentence now.

So now your pregnant, I hope your not blowing smoke talking about your clean now and your really not. 4 months is a good start but it’s not about you anymore and the world doesn’t need another meth addicted baby. It’s fair to your child and the public who has to deal with it in many ways. I’ve heard it before. It’s a life long struggle and those chemicals will remind you of your bad choices for the rest of your life. Good luck to you but know if you slip up, you can always turn it around and don’t expect people to be kind to you. They will always judge you by your failures and your successes. It is what it is!

Ok people, I am pregnant. But guess what, I’ve been sober for 4 months since it happened. I have cleaned up, I have a job and I have a place to live. No body should judge me on this because I’m a different person, you can believe me or not but I am. I’m very excited to bring my child into this world, and im gonna be a great mother. If you know anything about me you know I’m doing much better for myself.
