MASON CITY – A couple from a small North Iowa town was caught stealing in Mason City Monday.
Mason City police were called to the Hy-Vee west store at 3200 4th Street SW Monday at about 3:18 PM when a theft was reported. Officers arrived, and after an investigation, 48-year-old Jerrald Dean Andrews and 41-year-old Leslie Dawn Andrews of Thompson, Iowa were arrested on charges of 4th degree theft for attempting to steal merchandise valued between $200 and $500.
Both suspects were taken to the county jail, processed and held on bail.

Oh look, it is now a family affair. This is what goes for jobs in Mason City. If you want to get your stolen property back just come to the house in my neighborhood. They come in with sacks full of stolen stuff every night and trade it for drugs with the loser who squats there.
