Northern Iowa home raid leads to seizure of meth, arrest of suspect

FAIRBANK – This Northern Iowa woman is facing felony drug charges after law enforcement raided an area domicile.

On December 9, 2025, at approximately 9:32 AM the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a residence located in NE Fairbank, Iowa.

After the search was conducted, marijuana and other illegal items were seized. Jamie Rose Levendusky, age 51 of Fairbank, was arrested and charged with the following crimes:

  • Controlled Substance Violation (D Felony)

  • Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp (D Felony)

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense – Marijuana (Serious Misdemeanor)

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense – Methamphetamine (Aggravated Misdemeanor)

  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Simple Misdemeanor).

Levendusky (pictured at top) was transported to the Fayette County Jail and awaits an initial appearance from a Magistrate Judge.
