William Junior “Bill” Bronn, 100, of Fairbank and formerly of Randalia, Iowa, died Thursday, November 6, 2025, at his home.
Visitation: 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Friday, November 14, 2025, at Transco Events on Frederick, 137 South Frederick Avenue Oelwein, Iowa.
Inurnment: Dunham Grove Cemetery, Randalia, at a later date.

William Junior Bronn was born June 15, 1925, in Randalia, Iowa, the son of William Donald and Loretta Caroline (Traeger) Bronn. Bill graduated from Oelwein High School. He proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II. On June 9, 1943, he was united in marriage to Ruby Arlene Jens at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Maynard. Bill owned and operated deSign Specialty – SKC Company in Randlia. He was a member of the Randalia United Methodist Church in Randalia, El Kahir Shrine, Hebron Masonic Lodge #374 A.F. & A.M. and the Oelwein American Legion Post #9. Bill enjoyed bowling, golfing, spending time at the river, going to the Hootenanny at the Oelwein Coliseum, and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bill is survived by his 3 daughters: Sandy Trotter of Dayton, Kathy Lenth of Cedar Falls and Carol (Tony) Foster of Fairbank; 8 grandchildren: Dawn Trotter, Angie Teeter (Rob Minick), Christie McIntyre, William (Karri) Trotter, Teri (Tony) Kahzen, Kristi (Nate) Tibben, Matt (Holly) Foster and Duane (Heidi) Foster; sister: Lafonda Evers; sister-in-law: Betty Thein; several great and great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Ruby on February 18, 2006; sister: Betty Gartner; brothers-in-law: George Gartner and Wayne Evers; sons-in-law: James Trotter and Denny Lenth; grandson-in-law: Michael McIntyre.
