CLIVE — A Clear Lake man has won a $70,000 lottery prize.
Kevan Paul won the first top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Ruby Red 7s” scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey’s, 6 Plaza Drive in Clear Lake, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery’s Mason City regional office.
