EMMETSBURG – A Northern Iowa man is accused of bestiality and child endangerment.
On August 16, 2022, at 9:07 PM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Jayson Allen Wiley of Emmetsburg on a valid Palo Alto County Arrest Warrant for bestiality and child endangerment, both aggravated misdemeanors.
Wiley was unable to post the $6,500.00 cash only bond and was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a judge.
