RUTHVEN – A North Iowa woman is charged with theft for allegedly stealing packages on residence steps.
On January 31, 2021, at 9:47 PM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office charged 18-year-old Riley Janelle Fagen of Ruthven for 5th degree theft, a simple misdemeanor. The charge stemmed from an investigation of packages being stolen from the steps of a residence in Ruthven on January 4, 2021.
Fagen was issued a summons to appear on the charge at a later date in Palo Alto County.
