  1. I am curious as to the race of the losers involved.
Were they black or White? And why isn’t this information routinely given out? Some people might find it very interesting. This way we know who to blame. Thank you.

    1. Interesting that you capitalize white but not black. Why do you need someone to blame? Why do you care?

  2. “You are not my brother, you are less than I am. You are contemptible, raggedy, and ghetto, a victim of your own immorality and ineptitude — blaming whites for what ails you. I am not one of you; I am better than you. You don’t educate your children or pay your bills; you don’t have a job, you are ill-bred, and you are a walking crime spree. You are a nightmare. You give decent black people a bad name. Look at me: I read, speak in a monotone, make a steady paycheck, talk intelligently, and act civilly. I have dreams. Bill Cosby was right about you. I’m tired of your poor, ignorant, thuggish ass.”

      1. I use the word n***** in discussions about race relations and when I’m describing artifacts to guests visiting the Jim Crow Museum, but I will never call a black man or woman a n*****, in anger or jest, because that word embodies all the venom and opprobrium that this nation has directed against Africans and their American descendants. I will not use this slur to prove that I am assimilated, successful, or “ascended.” Almost from the moment in 1619 when John Rolfe purchased “twenty Negars” to work on his Virginia tobacco farm, we, the darker Americans, have faced a society that believed that we were cultural inferiors, good only for mocking and menial labor. N***** has been a stigmatized label, and a justification for treating dark people as inferiors. No, I will not call any person a n***** and I will not treat any person as a n*****. And, while I am on this thought train, let me say that I abhor the use of the word trash to refer to poor white people. I guess Mr. Cleotis Williams was right when he said to me in 1973, “Little David, don’t stay poor; Americans don’t like poor people.”

      2. “Fifteen since ’95.”

On the surface the numbers held up; at the hands of the police, fifteen black men had died since ’95. But the stats didn’t reflect fact. Have you had a chance to meet some of the fifteen poster kids of cop abuse in Cincinnati?

Say hey to Harvey Price, who hacked up his girlfriend’s daughter with an ax. She was fifteen. Harvey got shot when he refused to surrender peaceably. Went at tactical cops with a knife.

Give a yo to Mr. Jeffrey Irons. Confronted for stealing a few bucks in toiletries, Irons responded by grabbing a cop’s gun. Shooting the officer in the hand. Another officer, options up, looking to avoid worse, shot and killed Irons.

Can I get a what-up for Daniel Williams? In February of ’98 Danny flagged down officer Kathleen Conway’s cop car. Then he punched her in the face. Then shot her. Four times, .357 Magnum. After all that, Conway managed to fire back—I would safely say in self-defense—killing Williams.

The final count of those “fifteen since ’95”? Twelve had threatened arresting officers’ lives with some type of weapon before they were killed. Seven of those twelve threatened cops with guns. Four cops were killed or wounded in making those arrests (in a period when three Cincinnati cops had been killed in three years).

But facts don’t serve the cause. And “a couple since ’95” doesn’t make for much of a war cry.

  3. Drug deal gone bad? This town is turning into a little Chicago. Unfortunately the cops won’t be able to do anything for fear of repercussion.

  4. The cockroaches are out! Probably Russ Hardy properties! POS should be run out of town! POS lives in Asbury! POS should live right next to some of his properties so he can shot at!

    1. Bunch of you post how sad it is the police are cracking down on white guys on motorcycles who break the law, but they should be doing more about peaceful protests? Ha ha ha.

      1. The ,”Oh no, another BLM moment?” is mine, I don’t see any mention of those idots on motorcycles in that comment. So, hate monger, I’m glad to see you have 0/0 vision to truth.
