CHARLES CITY – Two Rudd residents were arrested recently after a fight at a Charles City business.
The incident took place on November 18, 2019. At 7:17 PM that evening, officers with the Charles City police department were called to the 900 block of Kelly Street for a fight taking place inside a business. After an investigation, two people from Rudd were arrested: 36-year-old Dana Noss for public intoxication and 39-year-old Michael Acorn for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
