Worth county sheriff seeks clues after alleged robbery by armed black males

MANLY – An armed robbery in Manly has prompted an investigation by the Worth County Sheriff’s office.

On Thursday June 7, 2018 at 5:23 PM, the Worth County Sheriff’s Office responded to an armed robbery at 3696 Owl Avenue in Manly. The victims met another vehicle at this residence and were robbed at gunpoint. The suspect vehicle is a champagne or cream colored SUV that was occupied by three black males, all armed with firearms.

This is an active investigation and anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Worth County Sheriff’s Office at 641-324-2481.

Heard that our our worth county supervisor is on another land buying spree – bought some land by the casino – heard it will be a fireworks distribution/sales place – this guy sure has money to burn with all the land he has been buying – even heard he owned the land down in Floyd where the new Lowes truck stop was built ? Anybody know whats going on – We know he likes farms anyway he can get them.

  2. Craigslist ? Advertise something really cheap – tell them to have cash when they get there with vehicle/other – you know he has the cash on hand so easy pickings – watch yourself – craigslist is a boon for crooks if they see fit. Your probably dealing with a out of town people – maybe Rochester comes to mind.
