MASON CITY – A Mason City man was arrested for drunk driving for a second time.
Roger Waner, age 50 of Mason City, was arrested by Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s office on April 27 in Cerro Gordo county. He is charged with first-offense operating while intoxicated and driving with a suspended driver’s license. After being released from jail, Waner now awaits a hearing on May 18.
Waner was also arrested for drunk driving and speeding last October. He later pled guilty only to speeding and was fined.

He learned from the first time, probably thought he got off with a hand slap so that will happen again. maybe he can pled to a broken tailight
