FOREST CITY – Four people were taken to jail after a search warrant was conducted recently in Forest City.
On March 20, 2018, at 11:10 PM a search warrant was conducted at a residence on Cathedral Oaks Road in Forest City, police there say. As a result of the search warrant several arrests were made:
Brian Barthollomeu Matthias, age 30 of Clear Lake, was charged with; felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), felony Gathering Where Controlled Substance Used, Child Endangerment-No Injury and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was picked up by Cerro Gordo deputies on March 25 and taken to the county jail. He awaits a hearing on April 5.

Chelsea Lynn Harp, age 31 of Forest City charged with; Possession of Controlled Substance, Child Endangerment-No Injury, Gathering Where Controlled Substance Used and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Meagan Eva Christensen, age 34 of Mason City, IA charged with; Child Endangerment-No Injury, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Gathering Where Controlled Substance Used and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs.
