Police locate man wanted on charge of lascivious acts with child

MASON CITY – A man wanted for weeks on a charge of lascivious acts with a child was located by police after they stopped a van.

Mason City police made a traffic stop on the afternoon of January 11, at about 3:49 PM near 4th Street SW and President Avenue. Inside the van were two men, Todd Eric Thoreson and Gregory Scott Courtier, both 47-years-old. After an investigation, it was learned Thoreson was not driving legally. He was arrested on a charge of driving while barred. Further, police discovered the passenger, Courtier, was wanted since November on an arrest warrant in connection to a charge of lascivious acts with a child. Both men were taken to the county jail, where they remain held. A no-contact order was set by a judge between Courtier and his alleged victim. No court date appears to have benn set, yet.

If they would just casterate some of these creeps it would stop this in a hurry.

My thoughts exactly.

Nice try. Chemical or physical casteration much past puberty has no significant impact on desire and to a lesser extent performance. Sexual assault is usually more than penile penetration.

It would sure get their attention. Besides, they would talk soprano for the rest of their life.

A surge in auditions for the church choirs. A win win situation. 🙂
