A study released in 2016, for example, found that only about 30 percent of American millennials think it is “essential” to live in a Democracy. This is all a terrible shame for millennials, because we will have to live with a mess that current congressional Democrats created.

During a pool spray yesterday, Trump was commenting about Lev Parnas, an associate of Rudy Giuliani, who is trying to mitigate the legal fallout from his fraud charges. The Democrats are falling for this again. Remember the time they peddled Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer, as someone who could take Trump down? That didn’t work. No one believed him. It’s all part of the Democrat’s impeachment push based on this shoddy quid pro quo allegation concerning Trump and Ukraine. Acosta tried to interrupt the president with a question, which was met with a simple “quiet” from Trump. Acosta barged in again with more questions, prompting Trump to say, “I don’t believe I’ve ever spoken to him.” A little later, Trump stated, “But I don’t know him; I never had a conversation with him that I remember with him —” Acosta then started to speak over Trump again. Trump, at first ignoring him, continued, “You certainly, you just have to take a look at the polls —“ then looked directly at Acosta and said sternly, “Quiet.”

AOC’s saying everyone’s paycheck should go to pay for everyone else’s mortgage before they’re allowed to keep any of the money they earn. What AOC is saying is that companies should not be allowed to earn a profit before every mortgage is paid off. If that’s the case, say goodbye to employee benefits like healthcare, retirement accounts, and stock options. But that’s still crazy, because it would mean every company turning over every penny of profit for years to pay off people’s mortgages. So maybe she’s suggesting that only those who build houses, condos, and apartment buildings should not be allowed to make a profit on their property. But if that’s what she’s saying, then you can bet big money on builders not building anything anymore since they have no hope of compensation. AOC says that earning a profit is a privilege. A privilege?

*My working theory is that the dems know they cannot beat Trump in 2020, so they are going to offer up an old, tired, worn-out has-been (Joe or Bernie; take your pick) in order for any viable candidate for 2024 not to be labeled a loser!
*If a convicted felon gets sentenced to a number of years, his/her voting rights should be suspended for that same number. Who cares if some panty waste parole board lets them out early. If they get a 10 year sentence then they should not be able to vote for 10 years and all their fines are paid.
*A felon that hasn’t paid his fines, fees, and restitution hasn’t paid his debt to society. Therefore society doesn’t owe him anything. If you can’t do the time don’t do the crime.
* I’m conservative and I have no problem with those who have paid their debt to society being allowed to vote. So once criminals have served their time and paid their fines they should be allowed to vote. Included in serving time is probation. So, if you aren’t in jail, you aren’t on probation, and you have paid all the fines associated with you felony crimes… by all means you should be allowed to vote.

Later in the day, when the speaker signed two articles of impeachment, she was all smiles as she handed out ceremonial singing pins traditionally used to celebrate landmark policy victories, like President Trump’s signing of the phase one trade deal with China earlier in the day. And we’re supposed to believe Pelosi when she says this is a “sad day for America.” Even a CNN panel couldn’t ignore the “jarring” glee with which the speaker took in the supposedly sad and tragic moment for the country.

Too many in Congress have let their personal disdain for President Donald Trump cloud their obligation to ensure the safety of Americans at home and abroad. Where was he when Elizabeth Warren lied time after time to seize victimhood and where was he when the left-wing media sought to destroy without consequence anyone they opposed? Bernie never said anything, and now they’ve come for him.
Now, Senator Sanders is in a tight primary race with Elizabeth Warren. The same Elizabeth Warren who repeatedly lied about her heritage to claim victimhood and gain an employment advantage. The same Elizabeth Warren who lied about being fired for a pregnancy in order to claim victimhood and gain a political advantage. The very same Elizabeth Warren who, just recently, lied about being the daughter of a janitor in order to claim some sort of victimhood and gain a political advantage.
