Interesting article I read today that said the schools are not turning in to the state when they lose a student so they carry the funding illegally. Then the student goes to another school and they turn them in as a new student so they can get funded as well. And, it goes on and on. Then the schools who are already cheating the taxpayers scream they don’t have enough money and the fools like Ragan jump on the bandwagon and claim “LOOK WHAT I DID”.

Cost? $250,000,0000.00 per year – answer? – raise gasoline tax 10 cents per gallon – which will raise approx. $250,000,000.00 per year. If gas tax bill is not ear marked for road fund use only it will go to the general fund as in past history – also-also there will probably be a dozen or more pork barreled bills attached to it to get it passed – that in 5 years we will have to pass another gas tax hike because every iowa government dept. will have their fingers in the pie same as DC bureaurats.
