OSAGE – Law enforcement in Mitchell county is seeking a convicted sex offender who owes Iowa courts thousands of dollars.
Joseph Daniel Mustain, age 30 of Osage, should be turned in to authorities, Osage police said today.
“Please call local authorities if you have any information on Mustain’s whereabouts,” police there said.
Mustain was convicted in 2006 of third degree sexual abuse of a female victim age 14 to 17. He currently owes over $3,500 to Iowa courts in that case.
