MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was arrested late Monday for second offense operating while intoxicated.

Mason City police were alerted to a suspicious driver at 15564 300th Street just after 9:00 PM Monday evening. At the scene, police located 25-year-old Codi Jolynn Beier. After an investigation, Beier was arrested and charged with second offense operating while intoxicated and failure to prove instance coverage. She is being held on $2,000 cash bond at this time.

Beier pled guilty to drunk driving in 2010 and received a drunk driving school certificate in December of that year.

  1. Didn’t she live with that black guy that gives rooms to meth addicts???? That he picks up in bars? The helpless and homeless ones? Isn’t that the house they call the meth motel?

    1. Racoon eyes always need help. Hard to catch the little buggers as they run around the out side, run around the outside. Oh my what’s the name of that trailer park song?

  2. Maybe she needs to focus on getting a job, paying her bills and stop sponging off the rest of society. She still doesn’t have car insurance!!! What a waste.

  3. does this mean she loses her license? Is there a chance she will stay home and drink now? This girl is BEYOND annoying at the bars her loud husky voice and in your face attitude is getting old. Perhaps now some of us can sit and enjoy a drink. On a serious note shes lucky she didn’t kill someone!

      1. Maybe she needs to move over to the old man bar. They might feel sorry for the trash sponging loud mouth. Just an opinion
