MC police arrest wanted Northwood man

MASON CITY – A Northwood man wanted on a number of warrants was arrested in a North End Mason City home Tuesday evening.

Jacob Daniel Johnson, age 24 of Northwood, was taken into custody on April 29th at about 7:18 PM at 1441 North Jefferson Avenue.

Johnson was wanted on a probation violation related to a number of charges, including third degree theft, drug possession, leaving the scene of an accident, and new charges of escape from custody and possession of drug paraphernalia, brought by Mason City police.

Johnson pled guilty to the possession charge and was assessed fines and fees. He is being held on bond until a May 9, 2014 court date.

How do find out about calls to a certain house like the one listed LVS, I’d like to know, Tahnks

@2old2fat-It is on the Mason City police daily report. But in my case I can see them out the window.

Lot of problems at that address. Cops are always up there.

WHOS THE RAT THAT NARCED THIS MAN OFF? THATS THE ONLY WAY MCPD CAN FIND SOMEONE UNLESS THERE WAS A DISTURBANCE CALL AT THIS RESIDENCE. HES JUST 1 OF OUT MOST OUTSTANDING POS IN OUR TOWN.
