Man and woman arrested and plead guilty after disturbance

MASON CITY – A man and a woman were arrested after an argument in a North End street.

According to police, Mason City police and Cerro Gordo deputies were dispatched to the area of 10th Street and North Delaware Avenue after a report of a physical domestic situation. Both law enforcement agencies responded, and 22-year-old Sean Patrick Secora of Mason City was arrested by Cerro Gordo deputies, while 20-year-old Nisha Renee Davis of Austin, MN was arrested by Mason City police.

Both subjects were charged with public intoxication and booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail, and soon both pleaded guilty to the charge.

Secora has been charged at least ten times with alcohol-related law breaking, and once with public urination in Iowa City, for which he pled guilty.

Physical Domestic Situation. I guess that means they were hollering at each other. Big deal. Not bad enough to go to jail for unless they got stupid and smart mouthed the cops. That will do it every time.

Sean isn’t no worse then that Studer kid, Smith kid,reiches, there are so many I cant list all of them but you all know these young punks that run around and think they are bad. Send them to prison. Id rather pay for them in there instead of seeing them out in town
