ATLANTIC, IOWA – On January 30, 2014, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office charged Kyler Jay O’Brien, 20, with Burglary 3rd Degree (D Felony) in regards to a report from September 25, 2012 in Anita, IA, wherein the victim reported her house broken into and her purse gone through.
O’Brien was also arrested in January by Cass county authorities on charges of 1st-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
O’Brien remains at the Cass County Jail, held on $13,000 bond. He faces an arraignment on February 10th.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
